For example, innovative hydrogen fuels can make flights more environmentally friendly, or unmanned aerial vehicles can enhance flight safety,&#8221; said Pirko Konsa, a Sparkup Tartu Science Park board member.\u00a0<\/p><p>Two of our five focus areas are space tech and unmanned aviation. While space is often associated with rockets, satellites, or astronauts, we deal with a much broader range of technologies.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4011a982 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"4011a982\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52414362 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52414362\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">For instance, <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/trackdeep.ai\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">TrackDeep<\/a>, an incubatee of the <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/teaduspark.ee\/en\/incubation\/esa-bic-estonia\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\">ESA BIC Estonia<\/a> business incubator, uses satellite data to protect critical infrastructure. Simply put, they detect drone pilots and ensure security.<\/p><p>We are also developing an unmanned aviation competence center called ZeroEST in Tartu. This living lab brings together all stakeholders to quickly test new technologies. <a id=\"ember1396\" class=\"ember-view\" href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/eero-p%C3%A4rgm%C3%A4e-b8a3008\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Eero P\u00e4rgm\u00e4e<\/a>, board member of <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/airport.ee\/en\/tallinn-airport\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">Tallinn Airport<\/a>, pointed out that one use case for drones could be to increase situational awareness in rescue situations at the airport. &#8220;Such a solution could prevent the unnecessary complete closure of the airport, as drones can fly to the scene in minutes and map the situation.&#8221;\u00a0<\/p><p><a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.skycorp.tech\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">SKYCORP Technologies<\/a> and <a class=\"app-aware-link \" href=\"https:\/\/www.galttec.com\/\" target=\"_self\" data-test-app-aware-link=\"\" rel=\"noopener\">GaltTec<\/a> also showcased their innovative technologies.
