,,It was a really good introduction to what the space business is like and how different it is from other types of business,\u2019\u2019 said one of the teams that took part in our first ESA BIC Estonia BOOTCAMP.<\/p><\/blockquote>

Last week, for three days, we met at sunny P\u00e4rnu, in the rooms of P\u00e4rnumaa Arenduskeskus, to introduce the space-startup world to 8 starting spacetech teams selected from 13 applications. The picked teams included: Aerion, StellarFix, QRCL Technologies, Passer Systems, AstroSheep, OrbiitIndhan, Perihelion, and a few representatives from the Estonian Student Satellite. <\/strong><\/p>

You may ask, what’s the point? Well, the point is to bring together teams and startups that may not even be legally registered companies yet, but have ideas that they’d like to develop. So even when they’re not yet ready to join our incubation program, they can still get a general idea of how the space industry works. <\/p>

The workshops ran for three days, and thanks to those, our participants got an informative overview of conducting space business:<\/p>
