Dr. Mikhail Nemilentsev

Dr. Mikhail Nemilentsev is an experienced mentor and coach in the field of entrepreneurship, innovation, and intercultural organizations. With two doctoral degrees in entrepreneurship and finance, Dr. Nemilentsev has been working as a trainer, educator and mentor in the Finnish and international business & RDI units for more than 15 years. Coupled with the multi-year experience in family business development, he is interested in the aspects of innovations, technological entrepreneurship, cross-border management, international organizational culture, growth entrepreneurship, and start-up development.

Joosep Sibul

His main focus areas are user acquisition, product development, digital marketing and e-commerce. He has lots of experience with early-stage startups and is also building one himself (Hertwill). Before that, he worked for Omniva and Rahva Raamat, but once also had a small business that locked people up for money.

Krista Teearu

Krista has more than 20 years of experience in the field of accounting. Last job before leaving salaried employment 5 years ago, was group chief accountant of the Wise. At Robby&Bobby, she works with marketing and sales, customer development projects and internal training, also with AI and automatisation. Krista likes writing, she has written several e-books about accounting and taxes, she also writes a business blog Pilvebüroo (pilvebyroo.ee).

Lev Dolgatsjov

Lev is the Tallinn-Based VC company Syda Ventures founder and partner. He is an experienced serial entrepreneur and angel investor, ESTBAN’s president and member of board at EBAN. He is also active in Latitude59 business festival’s board and key mentor at Tehnopol’s Startup Incubator, along with being a mentor of Prototon and Tallinn Creative Incubator.

Maria Laanelepp

Maria started as an entrepreneur when she was 22 years old. For more than 10 years she was the leader of design studio Faaz. She has worked with various clients and helped them develop their business and brand identity. A few years ago she pivoted from private sector to education and is now a certified group psychotherapist and knows all about team dynamics. In her everyday life, Maria is teaching design thinking methods and mentoring teams who are creating digital products and services.

Olga Šeller

Olga on Tallinnas asuva riskikapitaliettevõtte Syda Ventures asutaja ja partner. Ta on kogenud sariettevõtja ja ingelinvestor. Olgal on suur kogemustepagas ettevõtete kasvatamises ja laiendamises välisturgudele ja ta saab aidata strateegia koostamisega, praktiliste arengusammude analüüsiga ja personalijuhtimis küsimustega.

Pirko Konsa

Entrepreneur and mentor for last 10+ years. Having a background of being CEO of Tallinn Science Park and Estonian Development Fund and working with very early start-ups and more mature tech companies helping them to set the strategy and validate the project. He says he tends to love tech intensive projects and not only apps, but also hardware applications. But at the end it is all about team and founders. Becoming a founder is a journey.

Taavi Kõiv

Taavi's passion for legal innovation and business growth began with his studies at the University of Tartu, where he earned his law degree. He honed his technical knowledge and skills through advanced coursework, moot court competitions, and valuable volunteering contributions. After graduating with honours and getting his master's degree in Law also at the University of Tartu, Taavi worked at several highly rated setups before joining Hedman Law Firm as an Associate.

Toomas Seppel
