At the club, Beuplifter OÜ will share its experience of using AI in both its internal work and its digital product, as well as its experience with the AIRE AI feasibility advisory service.
Beuplifter OÜ is an Estonian company founded in September 2025 that focuses on software for team development. Its platform, beUplifter, uses artificial intelligence to help organizations build a clear and trust-based team culture. The system enables managers to monitor, in real time, progress toward team goals, psychological safety, and potential obstacles in work processes. The platform focuses on role clarity and supporting employee development by automatically identifying skill gaps and providing improvement recommendations.
Our Science Park partner from Sweden, Mats Larsson from IUC SYD AB, will speak about AI use cases based on Sweden’s experience (the presentation will be in English) and lead group discussions on AI application opportunities (discussions will take place in both English and Estonian).
