Scaleup Launchpad – an international growth accelerator for ambitious companies
Scaleup Launchpad is a ten-month international business accelerator for companies ready to take the next step in their growth journey. The program brings together the resources of Tartu, Tampere, and Norrköping to support companies developing solutions for smart and climate-neutral cities.
Tartu Science Park is the program’s regional partner in Estonia, supporting participants throughout the program and connecting them to the local ecosystem.

What does the program offer?
Scaleup Launchpad helps companies prepare for international expansion and fundraising. It offers strategic guidance, access to mentors and experts, and testing opportunities in real city environments. Participation in the program is free of charge, with only international travel expenses to be covered by the participants – accommodation and local logistics are provided.
What is the program’s focus?
- Entering new markets – practical tools for export, including connections in Tampere, Tartu, and Norrköping
- Strategy – developing a scalable product and business plan, along with a long-term roadmap
- People – enhancing leadership skills and growing the team
- Finances – testing investment readiness and building a sales pipeline
How is the program structured?
The program includes three cross-border workshops held in Tartu, Tampere, and Norrköping. Participating companies complete a self-assessment using the HippoMeter tool and create a growth roadmap based on the results. The program also includes regular mentoring, development reviews, and access to city-level testbeds.
Who are the participating companies?
Scaleup Launchpad features a selection of fast-growing companies whose solutions help build smarter and more sustainable cities. From Tartu, the following companies are participating:
R8 Technologies – energy efficiency software for buildings
Rexplorer – EV charging infrastructure management platform
Raitwood – digital sales platform for energy-efficient wood products
Marker.me – visual feedback tool for project-based collaboration
eGreete – environmentally friendly micromobility solution
Together with startups from Finland and Sweden, they form a diverse and cross-border community dedicated to accelerating green and digital innovation in urban environments.
