WHO CAN APPLY?
Any company that is younger than 5 years, has founders in Europe (51%), and is related to space.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN RELATED TO SPACE?
The connection to space includes any use of satellite data, positioning, satellite communication, or ground-based applications of technology developed for space.
WHEN CAN YOU APPLY?
Applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis, but applications are collected twice a year.
WHAT IS EXPECTED FROM THE APPLICATION?
The application consists of a business plan and an incubation proposal, which together are about 40 pages long.
TOPICS OF THE PROGRAM
We accept new startups twice a year – once in the spring and once in the fall. In addition to the focus topics, it is possible to request support from key and specialized mentors as needed. The incubator manager can always recommend which mentor or community member to approach with your question.
PARTNERS
The lead partner of ESA BIC Estonia is Tartu Science Park, which offers incubation services in Tallinn and Tartu in collaboration with the Tehnopol science and business campus.
