Accelerating the growth of Estonian health tech startups
Health Founders Estonia is a health technology development environment supported by the Estonian government, with the goal of building the most valuable early-stage health tech ecosystem in Europe.
Tartu Science Park is a partner of the Health Founders Estonia program and, together with the University of Tartu, TalTech, Tallinn Science Park, and other experts, helps accelerate the development of health tech startups. Together, we support the birth of new ideas, help startups reach the market, and prepare them for international growth.

What does the Health Tech Accelerator offer?
Three development tracks for different stages of a startup’s lifecycle:
DEFINE
A 24-week core accelerator for early-stage teams.
Suitable if you have an idea and a team but need support in validating your value proposition and preparing for investors. The program includes workshops, mentoring, prototyping, and pitching to investors.
DEVELOP
Up to 24 months of product and business model development.
Suitable if the company is already registered and the existing solution requires clinical validation, regulatory strategy, product development, or fundraising.
GROW
A growth program for health tech companies ready for export.
Suitable if you already have users in Estonia and are planning to enter foreign markets. The program offers support for export strategy, international contacts, and the opportunity to participate in international demo days.
