Mobility and Logistic Greentech Accelerator

The Mobility and Logistics Greentech Accelerator is a development program coordinated by Tartu Science Park. Its aim is to support Estonian greentech startups in developing solutions that drive the green transition specifically in the fields of mobility and logistics. The program consists of a pre-accelerator and a main program, offering hands-on support for planning and implementing development activities.

The accelerator is supported by the Environmental Investment Centre (KIK) and several key partners. Participating in the program helps startups become investment-ready and bring their ideas to market.

Who is the program for?

We welcome early-stage greentech companies and teams with scalable business models and high-impact ideas tackling local mobility and logistics challenges. Teams in the ideation stage are also encouraged to apply, but preference is given to those with at least a basic prototype.

Each company must have a clear goal for what they want to achieve during the program. Teams should have—or be ready to acquire—the necessary product and business development competencies.

How is the program structured?

Pre-accelerator (August – September 2024)

At least 15 teams will be selected to join the pre-accelerator. During this phase, each team will create a detailed development plan, which serves as the basis for main program selection. The pre-accelerator includes four training modules focused on business model development, sales and marketing, funding opportunities, and pitching skills.

Each team will receive support from a dedicated mentor and take part in regular progress reviews.

Main program (November 2024 – June 2025)

At least 5 promising greentech startups will advance to the main program. These teams will develop prototypes and run pilot projects. They will gain access to up to €30,000 worth of business and technology development services.

In addition to tailored mentoring, the main program includes joint workshops, group mentoring sessions, and impact evaluation based on the VentureWell methodology.

Why participate?

Joining the Mobility and Logistics Greentech Accelerator helps startups:

  • Speed up product or service development and implementation
  • Reduce risks related to go-to-market processes
  • Prepare for investment rounds
  • Improve understanding of market dynamics and environmental impact
  • Reach the next level in both business and technology readiness

The program also fosters collaboration with local municipalities and enables participants to contribute to Estonia’s greentech and green transition goals.
