Project name and short description: The EmpInno Monitor S3 “EmpInno Monitoring Smart Specialisation Strategies” project is a follow-up to the EmpInno S3-Empowering for Innovation and Growth in Medium-Sized Cities and Regions project (http://empinno.eu/). The project focuses on monitoring smart specialization strategies.
Project aim is to test and implement new monitoring tools in the context of smart specialization areas and strategies.

Project Duration: August 2019 – January 2021
Total Budget: 854,050 EUR (including 85% co-financing from ERDF). Tartu Science Park’s budget: 57,000 EUR (including 15% self-financing).
