YouLEAD

Tartu Science Park, in collaboration with Lithuanians, Irish, and Germans, is launching a leadership program under the EIT MANUFACTURING https://www.eitmanufacturing.eu/ program for young leaders under the age of 40 working in the engineering, machinery, and metal industries. The international training will focus on developing leadership skills, managing change, and leading innovation. The program will take place throughout 2022 as a series of training days.

Project partners are: Tartu Science Park, Estonian Association of Mechanical Engineering, University of Tartu, Engineering and Technology Industries Association of Lithuania – LINPRA (Lithuania), Ruhr-University Bochum (Germany), University College Dublin (Ireland).
