Tartu Science Park is managed and developed since 1996 by Foundation Tartu Science Park. Tartu Science Park is governed by Supervisory Board which has 5 members appointed by founding members of Foundation. Five members of Supervisory Board are as follows:
- Andi Pärn (Estonian University of Life Sciences)
- Raimond Tamm, Chairman of the Supervisory Board (Tartu City Government)
- Viljar Lubi (Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications)
- Erik Puura (University of Tartu)
- Veljo Ipits (Member appointed by Tartu City Government)
Tartu Science Park is managed and represented daily by Members of Board Toomas Noorem and Andrus Kurvits.
