Young Leaders Development Program https://eit-youlead.eu/ was meant for young leaders with an engineering background to develop their leadership skills.
43 managers from 36 SMEs in Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Ireland and UK set out on their learning journeys with YouLEAD and piloted the program for 3 months.
Yesterday, November, 29 marked the end of the training process for these 43 wonderful young leaders with the final event. A special thank you to the keynote speakers Orijana Mašalė and Hassan Akram for sharing your thoughts on leadership and your experience with leading and managing teams. Food for thought for everyone, managing and leading, what are the differences?
